Meet the Person behind Pzazz..
Pat Grace has lived in Denver for many years and, after a successful career in the corporate world, decided to start her own antique and art business in the downtown Denver area. Being able to work with clients and friends to find that “perfect piece” and then to help them incorporate it with their existing furnishings pointed her toward a new and exciting career opportunity. Pat decided to become certified in Real Estate Staging and Interior Redesign.
Pat’s more than 20 years of corporate sales, and marketing, in addition to her experience as a small business entrepreneur, has equipped her exceptionally well to explain to both home and business owners the powerful benefits of using real estate staging and interior redesign techniques and to implement those techniques.
Pat Grace is a member of Interior Redesign Industry Specialists (IRIS), an international organization of re designers. She is a volunteer at the Denver Museum of Art and attends classes at the Art Students League of Denver and the Denver Botanical Gradens.

Service Description
Staging - Home Consultation
We will tour your home and property, assessing it “through a buyer’s eyes.” This plan is for the do-it-yourselfers. This consultation includes a detailed report of recommendations for the enhancement of your property to help it sell for the most money in the least amount of time.
Interior Redesign Consultation
This project includes analyzing your home and determining the changes you would like to make including suggestions and ideas for furniture selection and placement, fabric selections, and window treatments. Includes a computerized report for ideas and suggestions for you to follow and other items depending on your decorating needs. Interior color consultation will add an additiona fee.
Color Consultation
Color consultation fees include: touring your home to become acquainted with your home's particular architectural features; reviewing client information such as color preferences and color samples; providing a complete personalized color scheme with specific paint color numbers; selecting specific paint color schemes; providing sample paint chips and indicating color placement on house photos or drawings (for exteriors).
Optional Return visit
After the above consultations have been completed, as an add-on, we’ll return prior to the first showing or open house or when the redesign has been completed, to fine-tune the furniture placement and add professional staging finishing touches to the home.
Project Information
Non Vacant - Real Estate Staging Project
Core rooms (typically living room or family room, master suite, dining room, kitchen) are staged using the owner’s furniture and accessories. If needed, small accessories can be rented.
Vacant - Real Estate Staging Project
This project includes a preview of the home to determine budget, furniture & accessory requirements and placement. Computerized proposal for furniture rental and recommendations for property enhancement.
Interior Redesign
The redesign project starts with an initial consultation to determine the necessary changes in the rooms you would like redesigned. We can discuss paint color options, fabric selections, window treatments, and new accessories if there are new things you would like to add to your existing room. We can shop for these new items for an additional charge. If you will be doing any painting of the rooms, this should be done before we come back to do the hands-on-rearrangement of your rooms.
Average Room Estimates:
1.5-2.5 hours for a living room or family room
45 minutes - 1.5 hour for a master bedroom
30-45 minutes for a dining room or office
30 minutes for a kitchen
15-30 minutes for a bath or entry
Fees can be quoted by the hour, for a half day (4 hours) and for a full day(8 hours). Project fees may include several hours of project set up and management depending on the scope of the project..
Furniture Rentals and Other services
Rental Furniture & Accessories - Price Varies by Item
Rental charges are done on a monthly basis, with a one-month minimum. Additional rental time (over one month) will be prorated.
Cost sheet is available upon request. Tax will be charged on rental furniture. Additional delivery and pickup fees will be applied based on distance from warehouse facility and volume of furniture.
Client Shopping Services
After discussing needs with client, we will provide the legwork necessary to shop for all of the appropriate items needed to complete the look based on your budget. Quote for items will be provided prior to purchase. A retainer may be required.
